Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, explore Ouarzazate, travel through the lush Drâa Valley, and enjoy an off-road 4×4 journey to the impressive Chegaga dunes. Spend a magical night in a traditional desert camp, enjoy Moroccan dinner under the stars, and watch the sunset over the Sahara before returning to Agadir.
Your 3-day Agadir to Chegaga desert tour begins with pick-up from your hotel in Agadir or Agadir Al Massira Airport. Travel through part of the Atlas Mountains and enjoy changing landscapes, traditional villages, and panoramic mountain views.
Stop for lunch on the way before continuing to the legendary Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Built on the slopes of a hill, this ancient fortified village is one of the most famous examples of southern Moroccan architecture and has appeared in many international films and series, including Gladiator, The Mummy, Prince of Persia, Babel, and Game of Thrones.
Continue to Ouarzazate, often called the “Gateway to the Desert.” You may visit the Cinema Museum at your own expense, depending on time and interest. Dinner and overnight in a riad in Ouarzazate.

After breakfast, leave Ouarzazate and travel through the beautiful Drâa Valley. This region is known for its long ribbon of palm groves, green oases, traditional kasbahs, and striking desert landscapes between the Anti-Atlas Mountains and the Sahara.
Enjoy photo stops along the route and have lunch before leaving the paved roads behind. In the afternoon, continue by 4x4 across desert tracks toward the vast dunes of Erg Chegaga.
Arrive at your desert camp and enjoy the calm atmosphere of the Sahara. During the hottest months, the 4x4 transfer may take place later in the day for a more comfortable arrival. Enjoy a camel ride at sunset, followed by a traditional Moroccan dinner and an overnight stay in a desert tent. Traditional music around the campfire may be available depending on weather conditions.

Wake up in the heart of the Sahara and enjoy breakfast at the camp before beginning your return journey to Agadir. Travel across desert tracks and through part of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, following sections of the old Paris-Dakar route.
Stop in Tazenakht, known for its traditional Moroccan carpets. A visit to a local carpet workshop can be arranged on request. Enjoy lunch on the way before continuing toward Agadir.
Arrive in Agadir in the late afternoon or evening, with drop-off at your hotel or Agadir Al Massira Airport.
